It’s hard to believe that another month in 2023 is almost over! At this rate, the holidays will be here in the blink of an eye, and I’m sure none of us are ready for that yet (especially me)!
Here in Southern California, the weather is finally starting to warm up after the very unusually cold and rainy winter that we had. We really needed the rain to help with the drought condition that we’ve been experiencing for years. Looking forward to wearing shorts and t-shirts instead of sweats!
Spring Boutique season is currently underway. It’s been wonderful getting out into the world and meeting new people. Everyone has been so supportive of Knit Me Sew Me, and it’s really added so much joy to my life. Ever lose a tooth??? We all have at one time or another. For me, I lost five teeth in the span of two weeks after we moved into our new home in Phoenix. The tooth fairy left me a whole 25 cents; because back in the “dark ages” when I was growing up, that was the norm. Fast forward to today where I’ve been told that some teeth are worth $10.00 or $20.00 each. Wow, I do feel slighted!
I was always afraid that the tooth fairy wouldn’t leave me anything because I just put it under my sleeping pillow; so, I would try to stay up all night to make sure she came.
